Office ManagerExpress Employment Professionals is hiring an Office Manager to work at a long-standing company in Grand Rapids, MN.
This is a full-time, permanent position with day shift hours Monday - Friday.
Wage starts at $20/hour but could offer more based on skills and experience and would include a 401k plan.
The successful candidate demonstrates motivation and will provide excellent customer service while assisting customers in person and over the phone.
As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, coordinating delivery schedules, maintaining personnel records and paperwork, assist with billing and payroll procedures, and making collection calls as necessary.
Additionally, you will assist with processing payments and deposits.
Qualification Requirements:
