Fabricator - 1st Shift!

Looking for a fun and engaging manufacturing role? Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading construction equipment manufacturer located in Grand Rapids, MN. We are seeking candidates for Fabricator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these contract positions is $17.86 per hour. Interested? Read below for more information!


What you will do as a Fabricator:


  • Operate plasma table, grinders, saws, or cranes/hoists in a safe manner
  • Contribute to the safe and effective operation of the fabrication area
  • Operate caliper, protractor, and other measuring devices
  • Responsible for keeping area neat and orderly

What you need to be a Fabricator:


  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and letters/memos
  • Ability to accurately record data and verify information
  • 6-12 months of related experience
  • Wear steel toe boots/shoes
  • Able to operate forklift, overhead crane, jib crane, cutting torch, hand plasma, grinder, press brake
  • Experience with plasma cutting machine and brake press operation #GrandRapidsJobs
